Howland's downfall was he just couldn't sell the program to us fans enough to buy in. If the new coach doesn't improve the results, but he gets fans back in the hump, he won't be fired
Most of our fans would never believe that he coached us to our 3rd highest single season win total either, or that he had as many 20+ win seasons as Williams and a higher winning percentage.Quote:
