There's a tornado warning in Mississippi near New Hebron. I don't know where that is, apparently near Mt. Olive and Prentiss. But I don't know where those are either, and the map was too close in to tell.

I listed 3 towns. Perhaps you know where those places are. The post was a little more definitive than you indicated. ;)

I have been critical of us playing swac schools, but I am backing off that stance some. Jim is interviewing a retired JSU baseball coach, and the coach has been so complimentary of us. Said we were the first predominantly white school that played them. Has thanked miss state numerous times for making this trip. I think it is very cool that we helped them out some with what seems to us pretty much nothing but a midweek game

Stovall is great in the field but he cant buy a big hit right now

he might be more comfortable in a different spot in the order. Maybe move him to 9th. I also don't understand why Anderson isn't getting AB's for Poole. I know he is raw, but he hit well in the scrimmages.

France gives up 1 hit thru 5 and Henderson puts Keegan James in just wants him to get reps I guess.

France is pretty good.

I do too but we concern me on offense still.

We have looked more energized and arent making stupid plays in the field.

I do know this, Alexander and Stovall are going to be vacuums in the infield. Only thing is can Alexander be decent at the plate. Think Stovall will be ok

Billingsly looked a lot better than small on opening weekend imo.

The streaming broadcast lags the Jim Ellis audio by 10 seconds or so. Noticed Hailstate's broadcast just had a commercial with Coach Can talking about a safe house (for bad weather). He should have taken his own advice.

Right. We’re not throwing routine ground balls into center field like we did last week. We’ve played good defense tonight and hit 2 bombs

9 runs but only 6 hits.

Cann left us in a bad situation. However Henderson has the perfect personality that these kids need right now. He?s experienced, calm and poised. He?ll get em settled down and I think we may have a good season. I don?t think it?ll wind up how we all expected before the season began but I think we will be competitive.

I don't think 3B is Tanner's ideal position.
