Yep. When UCONN is mentioned, 95% of people think about their women's basketball team. Although Jim Calhoun did win there as a men's coach, the women's team really is the national face of UCONN.

The women are the example and they’ve never had a fully complete or strong in all areas team until now.. their success is hard work, with a natural scorer (not just a shooter), good point guard and they are aggressive which draws people to support them because of their passion. The players have bought in or zoned in on the program. They never look defeated, uconn blew them away one year, and they were ready the next
