Shump is not the answer. Love the kid but not the answer.
The problem is that both of our running backs go down on first contact. They don't break tackles.
Shump just lowers his head & tries to push the pile. No elusiveness.
Robinson ran through tackles. These guys simply can't do that.
I'm not sure if we have another guy that can, but I'd love to find out.

Every time Shump gets the ball means one less snap that Wilson, Dear, Williams, Ross, Myles, Johnson, Brown, Dak and the ten other guys more explosive on offense than him didn't get the ball. Mullen is cutting his own offense off at the knees.
