When I lived in Oxford 4 years ago, I was flat astonished at the amount of drugs being distributed there. It was like a plague, and I'm not saying this with my Maroon & White glasses on either.
Memphis (obviously) is a major drug distribution hub and Oxford, with all of her rich college kids, is in point blank range.
