And we can't even mount a decent scoring threat off of the GA freshman pitcher.

I cant watch it, but are we just not getting into scoring position or we leaving runners stranded?

Came into the game with almost a 7 era.

Think I called the Heck to leadoff in our lineup thread this week. Also was called dumb for the sit Vick stance.

This season could wind up a disaster.

I'm certainly not part of the "sky is falling" crowd, but we ****ing suck (at this point in the season, at least)....denying that is only deluding yourself.

On the bright side Detz is now 2 for 3 tonight.

But in all seriousness.. I am in the same boat as you. Baseball is a long season, but when you leave non-conference play 11-7, you probably aren't very good.

13-7, still not great though.

let's just say that i almost planned a trip home over SBW, but had a wedding that weekend, so then i almost planned a trip home over a potential regional weekend, but didn't pull the trigger. happy i didn't push aside other plans to make a spring trip home this year.

suck. This team just has so many holes. We'll be lucky to win 30 games.

With Vandy coming into town next weekend, starting the SEC at 1-5 or so is a real possibility.

actually the word was Insane... vick not starting is insane is what I said. and it looks to be that I was wrong because this lineup with him no in the game is really dominating **

South Carolina coach is an idiot. His pitcher was in trouble with two guys warming up and the blackbears hit a grand slam. Bears up 6 4 in 6th

Hate to say it but the rebs are looking damn good.

Watching the om sc it looks like both teams have some very healty strong players, they just look much more physical than our team.

And south Carolina has a damn nice stadium.

For the everything is cool and not to worry crowd, is it time to start maybe thinking we suck or are there still blue skies ahead?

We can't hit, have no starting pitching, and we just don't play smart. We peaked in the preseason. We won't be ranked after this week and we shouldn't have been ranked this long. This great recruiting looks like crap on the field

Before this game, we had the most losses of any team in the SEC. That is pathetic. Very pathetic and I would even consider this may be the most overrated team in the history of MSU sports.

I knew we would struggle at the plate b/c we lost Hunter and Frazier and Cohen keeps signing guys that could play PG for Rick Ray. But I never dreamed our pitching would be this bad.

I hate to be negative but it's the truth as of right now. We better get on a roll soon because LSU and Vandy may outright embarrass us. UGA was supposed to be a team that was easy for us to at least take 2/3 from. We have our work cut out for us the rest of the weekend.

Did Cohen do a post game interview? If so, what did he say?
