Edit: Tell ya what, that play at the plate sounded like a serious mis-call. Bart made it sound like it was an easy call.."by a mile" for us.

Rebs were about to lose in 11th but get help from ump when runner was called safe at third and allowed tying run to score.

I don't know about 'by a mile' but he was clearly safe watching it live. His hand was all over the plate when he was tagged.

Yeah, he did say that his hand was "past the plate" when the tag was applied...I did hear "by a mile"..ya know...radio.
