Very very true. The problem is that much of this isnt a money problem. The public schools in Jackson have had plenty of funding, yet the scores are bad and the facilities are falling apart. It's an admin problem, a maintenance problem, and a parent/child problem. The mall was private, so government funding didn't matter. What about streets, water/sewer, and garbage? Well there was plenty of money, but it takes work ethic, effort, and skill to run those departments, and Jackson refused to hire any of the 3. Jackson can't manage their city. They have clowns in charge who couldn't run a lemonade stand.Quote:
