I would love for us to get Jacob Parker because he is a potential 20 hr guy in college, but I think he goes since his brother is for sure gone.

Since you guys follow the draft, I see we have 11 more draftable guys today, how many do you predict will be gone as I have no idea. I just know it's very hard to make a roster in the ML. Wish them luck today!
Pico to the Yanks in the bottom of the 4th.
No Bauer in the 4th round.
I think we have to feel pretty confident in Bauer at the moment. As for Parker, I'll believe he makes it to campus when I see it. Everything I've heard is that he's going pro no matter what.
Would be huge if we could get Jacob Parker to campus. Insane power, good speed. And as Keith Law said in his draft notes, it is not like Jacob is a hack up there with a lot of swing and miss. It is just that his brother JoJo has 99.999th percentile hand eye so it makes a tough comparison for anyone else.
Bauer is far from a done deal for MSU, but our chances of getting him to campus are steadily increasing. Congrats to Pico.
Hickson has been drafted.
Hickson last pick in the 5th.
Almost halfway through Round 6. Picks have been JoJo Parker, Landon Harmon, Pico Kohn, and Davion Hickson.
And we are thru six
Arroyo from Va drafted in the 5th
Everything I've heard was that he had a 1st round number and wasn't moving off of it. Said he wanted to come to school and it would take life changing money to persuade him otherwise. I always get ancy when I hear that statement though because that is the EXACT statement I heard about Austin Riley.
Scary off the board now in the 8th. Good luck big dawg
Through 8 rounds. Picks have been JoJo Parker, Landon Harmon, Pico Kohn, Davion Hickson, and Evan Siary.
Still no Bauer or Jacob Parker.
Slate Alford and Karson Ligon just drafted
Ligon gonna get a handshake and a pepsi to sign. Figuring things out your Sr year is costly
Through 9 rounds. Picks have been JoJo Parker, Landon Harmon, Pico Kohn, Davion Hickson, Evan Siary, and Karson Ligon.
Toronto's 10th round pick is getting close. Will it be Jacob Parker?
Hunter Hines drafted in the 10th.
The Blue Jays do not pick Jacob Parker in the 10th.
And Parker survives the Jays pick in the 10th.
Gehrig Frei undrafted so far.
Parker could get drafted in the 18th round and still get 400K- just like Mershon last year
IMO, that would be a poor business decision from the Parker fam to not try to maximize JoJo's deal individually, and then watch Jacob blossom after 2 years in the SEC to re-drafted (arguably in a better round) and command his own $'s.
The Parker thing just makes no sense. It seems like he just doesn't want to come to school. I mean now that slot isn't a thing after the 10th, and they definitely will save some money by going Ligon in the 9th, who's to say they won't sign JoJo for 6.5 and give Jacob 300-400K. I also don't get in what world it makes ANY financial sense to take less money.
