6 pitchers and 9 runs allowed. Even less of them earned. This team has the talent to go on a run. And a deep one if two-three pitchers just find "IT" like they found the past two weekend.
Saturday/Sunday hitting was a bit disappointing but Stevens/Highfill back in the lineup turns us into super gorilla ball.
RPI up to 35. Climbed 17 spots this weekend

Look at our last several games. Big turnaround.
No errors throwing the ball to 1st base the last 2 weekends helps out greatly. Also putting a reliable leadoff hitter in helps the cause.Quote:

Simmons, Davis, and Williams gave no reason to be pulled early. Davis did have a rough 7th inning in Game-2, two runs and mound visit. But if you only score 1 run, chances of winning are bad anyway
