Had a NFL ref (that used to ref in the SEC) tell me a few years ago: "Bama pays the bills." As in with TV exposure and clout. To a lot of people out of our footprint Bama IS the SEC.

Rick Ray, Stans, Sly, JWS, Dan.....I hoped they would have great careers beyond MSU....not this guy. Can't stand him.

Hopefully he will come back through the South sometime. I have a lot of pounded sand and kicked rocks I would like to give him.
