I want the best possible opportunity. It?s time to call a staff out and play a game that demands that we see improvements. Hell with a easy opponent. We need the best available and let our staff know what is expected. Time to see what he is made of. If you have a long meeting and agree to keep him then demand a performance at the end of this year.
