Was nice to see much fewer turnovers yesterday. Hard to beat a good team when you shoot 42% to their 58.5%. If the averages are any closer together we win the game. Because we took 14 more shots. The team has potential when they ply like yesterday. A clean team game.
This team has all the pieces to make a serious run this year and we are playing like a team late in season right now. Nova had to shoot 58% to beat us; an average night and we win that game. Most excited I've been since 2004 I think. We have great chemistry to go with our talent.
We need to take care of business tomorrow and get back home. Leaving at 2-1 with a close loss to Villanova wont be bad. We can play with anyone, especially with our defense. This team can be special and getting Nick back can take us to another level.
