Penn State WR Transferring

This is a transfer of need no doubt and one we should have an in with.

Hopefully we land some of the grad transfers. Really hasn't been an area we've explored too much. I like the fact that grad transfers don't take up a spot on the 25 man recruiting list. That and D-I experience are advantages over a JUCO player to me.
