If the bowls did that they could risk losing their SEC tie in. They don't want that.

Texas beat Mizzou in the Texas Bowl last year. Doubt they go back. A&M will go to Gator, Mizzou and USCe will go to Belk/Music City and Auburn will get Texas.
I agree it will either be Texas or Music City and leaning toward Texas . Here is why
Kentucky will still go CapOne. LSU is also 9-3 but they have been to the Cap One a couple of times lately so they will go Outback . So that relegates us TAMU and Missouri in a similar pecking order . We have been to the gator multiple times so Texas AM will go Gator . Missouri played in Texas last year so they will go Music City which that will put us in Texas . Auburn will go Liberty and Vanderbilt to Birmingham. Belk will push hard for South Carolina
Alabama - playoff
Georgia - Sugar
Florida - Chick-fil-A
Kentucky- CapOne
LSU - Outback
Texas AM - Gator
MSU - Texas
Missouri - Music City
S Carolina - Belk
Auburn - Liberty
Vandy - Birmingham
