Look a the first reply; Sallee himself predicted just 2 months ago that we'd win 2.5 more games than OM. What changed? His need to generate clicks and shake up his social media activity, that's what. A month before this writeup I heard him predict us to go 10-2, and he said it was a complete tossup whether we or Auburn were the #3 team in the conference. He was adamant that LSU was #5 either way.
The ONLY reasons for such a change is that he wanted some drama for clicks, or that he wanted to appease OM fans.
Oh after thinking about it, the motivation is really obvious: By predicting us to be even, State to win 10, State to win 8.5 and OM 6, AND now predicting Om to have the better season, he's got basically every possible outcome predicted. In Dec of this year, he's going to tout whatever prediction was closest to the truth and say he's a genius. You can tell he's actualyl very smart (has at least 40 points over Bo Bounds, and 20 over Dave bartoo), but he's clearly lacking in backbone and character
His only reason is the 2017 egg bowl and the "turmoil" that the OM program was going through.. So, I guess in his mind the turmoil has somehow magically disappeared and OM will get back to being the world beaters they were pre-integration.
