True but if Bama can't run the ball like tonight (save the Yeldon run) they can't keep up with LSU's passing. Cam Cameron has performed a minor miracle on Mettenberger. He is quickly rising to top 5 QB and still rising.

Whuttttt?
Mett was considered a a high round draft pick coming into the season- he played well to finish the season last year. Just because fans are stupid doesnt mean scouts are.
Mett got adjusted to SEC football- and then got a bonus in CC. But even without CC- Mett was a top 3 round pick
Yes but come on man give CC some credit. At this rate Mett is going to be a high first round pick. He was nowhere near that high at the end of last year.
I love how MSU fans think of all the reasons that MSU won't win games, instead of thinking about why we could.
If offensive production was an indicator of draft staus- Troy and Texas Tech would have guys drafted all the time.
Mett is big, has a cannon, and is accurate. He had that shit last year too. CC has just made LSU's offense better. He's helping his cause, but it's not like he has bumped him 5 rounds
Line should be determined on our starting QB.
Since Mullen has "announced" TR will start it should be -27 in favor of LSU. Since nobody knows, Vegas has to take Dak starting into consideration. Therefore the line with Dak starting would be LSU -9 so with the tossup I see it -13.5
I think it starts at seven and moves to six by kickoff.
LSU -10
If it starts at 7 it will move to 8.5 or 9 by kickoff. The bettors are going to be ALL OVER lsu, if it is only a single digit spread. I think it will open at around 10.5.
And James if you honestly believe that Russell would make spread -27 while would make it -9. Then haha I really don't know what to say to you my friend.
My guess is its in the 15-17 range
-13
It's official -9.5
Good job Coach. -9.5, but the kicker is that TR is "probable". So that line must assume Tyler's starting. I just have a hard time seeing that. LSU has a very good passing attack and 3/4 of our secondary consistently blows coverages against average WRs. I'm afraid we will have to use our LBs in coverage and play more zone to keep the pass game from shredding us. This could open up the running game. Maybe I should have more faith in Collins.
Also surprising, the mighty rebel bears are virtually a pick'em vs lowly Auburn.
