The investigators suggested show causes for every coach named in the NOA except Luke. The COI giving him a show cause is much more unlikely that a judge giving a much more harsh penalty that the prosecutor recommends. It Could happen, but there is a .001% chance.

Barfly, with all the new information that is coming forward and being exposed by lawyers, social media (yes that has much truth), and investigators the NCAA has no choice but to open an 3rd NOA. Just wait until you read Flim Flam.... There should many interesting tid bits for sure in that book that have not been mentioned on here even... I hope OM keeps drinking the koolaid from the red solo cup..... just saying... FYI-- ML has very dirty hands.....

COI meets 9/11/2017

Based on past cases .. COI will issue penalties to OM between ~1st week in Nov - 2nd week in Dec. (But BEFORE the new early signing period)

Those will be the final penalties .. UNLESS OM chooses to appeal. Then final penalties WILL be delayed for months after that. (But well past Feb 2018 signing date)
