I may be wrong but I believe it's majority general admission seating for women's games. Only a certain amount of assigned seats.

The woman official is going to Technical Eddie if he doesn't leave her alone. He's been talking to her all night.

Correct. Only assigned seating is the three sections behind the scorer's table on the lower deck. That's it. The rest is General Admission.
