Also, noticed that Bonner actually didn't write this article. It just has "Staff Reports" as the writer. Which means, an intern wrote it out of the Bullpen.
Wait...just read the two articles(one from HailState.com and the other from CL) and the two look STRANGELY similar to each other. Sure some stuff is moved around a little, but they look like pretty much the same article. Did they have an intern just move some stuff around and post it?
It used to be a red herring that the CL favored one team or the other. For the last few years, and especially since 2015, there is no doubt.
For as much negative Ole Miss news as there has been in the last 2 years, has the CL ever broken a story? Riley Blevins did and he was either fired or made miserable enough to leave. Who else? Nobody. The CL is consistently scooped on negative Ole Miss news because they don't want to report it.
On the flip side, they pump sunshine for Ole Miss even while a different school is competing for a national championship.
So...this is literally what Kellenberger had to say about our series win....
"1. The big story of the weekend, at least here in the Magnolia State, is Mississippi State. The Bulldogs (23-9-1, 8-4 SEC) took two out of three at then-No. 3 Florida (ranked No. 1 by other polls than the USA Today coaches’ poll The Clarion-Ledger uses for corporate synergy reasons), and what stuck out was that the second win came on a Sunday"
Holy shit that is funny. You can't make this stuff up....
