If he's physically able, he'll play at Bammer... no chance he'd miss out on being the 2nd best LT on the field in TitleTown... Under "the Big Lights"....

I still maintain Northern Miss is "all in" and Big Softie is going to play. No way they will do anything that even hints they might be guilty of something. That said....

Yeast infection is what I heard.
From what I'm hearing it's an eligibility issue and not necessarily tied to his MMA debut.
What sad times are these that when a young man chooses to work on an extra credit science project he is met with suspicion and spiteful words? The construction of a paper machete volcano is a right of passage for all scholar-athletes who attend the University of Mississippi. He will be too exhausted from the stress of laying glue-ridden sheets of newspaper on the wire without spilling them on his Peach Bowl Participation Ring to play today. We should applaud his pursuit of excellence. How many UNM Athletes actually try to complete their degrees?
For shame! Cynical, cynical people.

I wonder if when teams sit guys like this if its bc the NCAA warns them to sit the player until it's resolved
Not sure but for Bucky to sit one of his best players there has to be something concrete. They just don't sit players for non injuries.
I'm with WMD on this one. They will play him. If they don't they are admitting there is a possibility that something they did was wrong. That would be totally out of character for them. If he sits that would mean they are absolutely terrified of the NCAA here, and on more than just Tunsil.
"Mr David" is saying there's some fire to this smoke!
Tunsil didn't make the " walk of champions" this morning
If Tunsil is still sitting for the bama game, I will likely die from surprise and olemiss might need to worry a little with the ncaa. They don't need him for the first two games and really, outside of bama, the first half of their season is pretty much a warmup. Florida is in there, but you can't put a lot of stock in them at this point.
Gameday just confirmed it's due to the NCAA
Which was like pulling teeth for them to do
If he's out, there's no way one or even two game suspension would satisfy whatever violations took place. Ole Miss did all they could really do which was let the rumblings die down until the games started. It's not their style to be precautionary, so my hopes are up.
