First assistant hired

I'm not expecting McCray to get the very top guys from the ATL Celtics but if we can get a couple of the bench guys we'll be set. For example D'Marcus Simonds doesn't start for the Celtics & he's a top 50-60 prospect. Get 1 or 2 of those guys every year plus the top guys in MS & you're constantly pulling in a top 20 class.

Speaking of assistants...I wonder if strength and conditioning staff will be retained. I know Ray kept them around from Stans/Williams days.

Howland specifically praised our strength program, so I would assume they'll stay.

I'm tempering my expectations and not expecting anything other than (hopefully) Malik for 2015. I think we will at the very least get some interest from the top guys on that Celtics AAU team, hopefully we can pull 1 of them and get Simmonds back on board.
