There's not a lot of money in the restaurant business btw. Average 6% profit margin. So to risk "all that money" in exchange for employees getting to spend time with their loved ones is a good trade off. Even if they were open, people like you would have bitched and complained the whole time, making some poor waitress have to deal with the fact you can't provide for your family.
I truly don?t think there is a fan base out there that complains as much as ours. The funny part about that segment is they will complain and cry until they get what they want but they won?t do anything to try and help improve our program. They would rather lose recruits, TV exposure, etc to make it all about themQuote:
