The flip side of this is the fact that we have gotten so many guys in the portal from Virginia shows how good O'Connor is at identifying and developing talent. In the future we wouldn't have gotten them because they would have already been here to start with. We had to go portal heavy with Lemonis because he simply wasn't as good at player development.

That's a good thing for us because I would guess that as far as spending money and NIL goes it's probably more expensive to get guys out of the portal than it is when they're already here to start with.

I agree Todd, 34 is so wrapped up in finding anything negative about BOC, I have to say I am a little surprised at him for this crazy theory he has. It is real obvious his agenda moving forward on the hire will be negative all the way thru. How can a person and even a coach and Msu so called fan be so negative. What gets me is BOC hasn't been on the job a month but yet 34 thinks he is a clone of Lemonis in the portal. Something ain't right.

I've never seen a grown ass man feel the need to troll 15 people on a dying message board. Just let it die out and leave the sorry bastard by himself to shout about how poor we are, how much we suck, and all of his incorrect baseball takes.

He joined the grumpy old man club although he may not technically be old enough to join. But he’s so good at mimicking one they let him in. Ha

No idea on why people are attacking others on a personal level. Not needed.

Hopefully, we have a successful season. Success breeds success (outside of what we did after our natty) and we can worry about next season's portal when the time comes. For now, BOC has done a good job bringing kids with him. We'll see how it translates on the field.

For me, I could care less about a SS. To win, you need horses at SP. I'm hopeful we have those and if so - hopeful they stay healthy!
