You need a good one for sure. He?s gotta push them and hold everyone accountable to get their work done right. Create some character and toughness in the offseason. Not just go through the motions to get a lift in. I loved to hear about Leach beach, because doing something hard and persevering builds that character, toughness, and confidence. I have no clue what we got now, but it didn?t look good last night
