See this is the point most fans don?t get. Selmon doesn?t have the advantage here. He knows if he lets Lemo leave or fires him his ass is on the hot seat with the next hire. If the next hire doesn?t work out Selmon just brought the heat on himself. Right now he has cover with this year and the NC in 21.Quote:

No one is saying we aren't a top 20 program. Hell we're a top 15 that's bumping top 10 program. But baseball isn't football. Just look at the LSU job. That is either the number 1 or number 2 job in the country and they had to settle for probably, depends on who you ask, their 3rd or 4th choice. Baseball coaches just don't move around.
