I've been chill all night. We've got pretty much all of our pen guys a little work. Best thing for us is to not let Henderson wear our pen down the next few days. I certainly don't want small out there tomorrow on short rest with a blister issue. Regroup, and win someone's regional

I think you have to throw Pilk cause if you don't and you lose he will have 12-13 days rest in between starts.

I ran the numbers a couple years ago and found no correlation between Hoover results and Regional results.

Stranded 13. Felt like 130.

What would make you think Henderson would change his decision making? You go to Self first sign of trouble and what do we do? France, Neff, Gordon, then Self. We aren’t making it out of someone’s regional unless we average 8-9 runs. We have to score that many otherwise Hendersoning causes us to lose. It’s just fact this year.

Mental softness from pitchers cost us this game.

We just won 4 straight sec games before this one. We'll be ok or we won't... if we bow out next weekend, get our new coach in and talking to recruits/current players pre-draft.

Ok what? While the Henderson bashing is fine and has been earned to a degree, but France has been our best bullpen guy all year. We went to him. You just type to hear yourself talk. France didn’t get it done. But he did what he should have done considering

Guess we giving some arms some work tonight to get ready for the regional. That's all I got for ya.

Self was who we went to first on Thursday when we had to have the win on Thursday. What did he do? He shut down Florida’s lineup for three solid innings. You go to Self. He is fully healthy and our best reliever.

Self is our best reliever period. He has swing and miss stuff and would have been very effective in that park with his cutter and secondary pitches. He has retired something like 19 in a row. You go with Self period.

It wasn’t the bottom of the fifth either. Have you paid attention all year? Any? Hell we had half the board begging for us to start France. He’s been good wasn’t tonight. Wasn’t the wrong decision. But carry on

I love this team for regionals. You have two legit starters and we have a healthy Riley Self. The freshmen are hitting and it's like this team earned a 2nd life to the season.

I sort of hope we get a #2 seed at a National Seed so we can snake hosting a Super Regional. We play better against the best teams. If we get lucky like Texas A&M last year we get to host Davidson or something like that in a Starkville Super Regional

Self doesn’t have a secondary pitch. He has a hell of a cutter, that’s it.
