It amazes me that freeze can pull a QB from Juco, plug him in and not miss a beat. But it takes Dan 3 years to develop one.

Saw another board they were calling him coach klein from sandler movie

Dan can win if the talent level is close. When he faces a roster that is a large jump in talent he gets exposed.
