In that stretch, they've played in 9 Regionals, hosting 3 times (twice as a top 8 seed) and winning 3 of them. In that same stretch, Wake Forest has only made a Regional 5 times, winning 2 and hosting twice (once as a top 8 seed).
We can argue back and forth on what the cutoff of "lower" P5 is, and I'm pretty confident Oregon doesn't belong there, but you killed your own argument when you threw Wake Forest out there.
