I actually am enjoying the defensive play calling today except for the first drive. Players were in great positions to make plays. Just no effort by players and the no calls for Bama is showing.

As bad as the score looks, the only thing I'm terribly upset about is our 2nd level tackling. Our DBs simply have no interest in tackling whatsoever.

We've ran the ball at times, we've pass blocked decently well, Fitz has made some nice passes, & we've gotten a little bit of pressure on the QB. All those things give us a chance against every other college team.

Our Secondary tackling is atrocious though. Just embarrassing

Big difference between this & an 0-10 team.

Your 0-10 team sucked. We don't suck. We are playing a non-college football team

Fact of the matter is the best way to beat Alabama is to throw the football. Fitz isn't developed enough to take advantage of Alabama's weakness on defense.

We are the arm tacklingest team I've ever seen.

Does Fitz need contacts, he has failed to see wide open receivers for touchdowns

Why is Bryant on the field? He let a qb run right by him

Our defense isn't even trying.

Yep. While I hate losing, I just don't have it in me to get emotional about Bama skulldragging us. They're just better than everyone else.

And look at Smokey showing some speed and heart to track down Hurd.

Smokey is one of the only guys in the secondary who gives effort
