He's not the same D coordinator as when he left.
Guys it's not just Ritchie, it's over half the guys on our D. We suck on D. It is why we are a 6-6 team this year.

The awful thing, especially last week, is that we have super talented players that play their asses off wasting away on the bench watching us lose while the older, think-they-accomplished-something guys continue to screw up and play with no heart.
