My comments about the refs not being the difference in this game are by no means absurb. We have much more to improve to be even competitive against bama. Forgive me for not being worthy to post my opinion on this board. I've only been a season ticket holder 50 years.

Under Mullen, we've just never had a physical defense like we did in Jakie's era.
If we have a guy make a great play on offense you can bet your ass the ball is going to him on the next play, no matter what.
Our defense just isn't trying anymore right now.
