Exactly. We 100% got to the last guy. The SEC Network studio said the exact same thing. Said Bianco cost them the game by not taking him out after the Hines AB.

There is no other atmosphere in college baseball like Dudy Noble. It destroys other teams in games like this. Reminds me of the Yankees in Yankee stadium.

Mershon at short and Larry at second agreed.

Our pitching isn't dominant and putting us in defensive battles anyways. (Though to their credit they've looked a lot better the last 5 SEC games.) The defense has been letting us down so we need to put up 10+ runs to feel comfortable. Lane isn't going to be conducive to that. The pressure provided by Larry and Mershon taking good ABs made going 2-3-4 in the lineup way more feasible.
