Good job getting a run there but we really should have gotten more off raby. He was trash tonite and battled us.

You're right. We do probably have more talent that what I give us credit for.

That being said, comparatively, we don't have near has much as some teams that we have the resources to recruit better than.

Exactly. Those of you saying we should keep Gary need to think beyond the present. He didn't have to build this or put it together. If you hire him, you're not hiring an interim that just coaches while badasses recruit...you're hiring a CEO. Gary is not that guy.

I certainly want to upgrade our talent. We have done a great job of doing this with our position players. Got to get pitching now before these hitters are gone

JakeG is an amazing hitting coach. I know that much. I would like to hire a head coach with a great resume' for development of pitchers that focuses on velo and keep Geatreau as Hitting coach.
