I definitely didn?t see Spivey ?cranking on his leg?. Dudes foot was caught between his arm and torso and he was laying on both. Left it trapped there too long but certainly wasn?t a dirty play.

This is what I saw and agree with.

He should have been ejected. It was a flagrant personal foul done intentionally. Let some haul off and kick you full force in the back while you lay down and see how you feel afterward.
