To be totally honest he’s probably the most qualified. Worked at Clemson under Dabo and Alabama under Saban. I was impressed by his staff and how it was set up too. But the most impressive thing to me was how he set ULL up like Alabama. He obviously knows what he’s doing.Quote:

Bash Coach all you want but being a football coach gives him some connections as far as football. He did coach Marcus Johnson after all. I’m sure he can find some things out with a few texts.

To me, there are only two guys that somewhat stand out as big time offensive guys that would come to State....
1) Napier
2) Norvell
Personally, I think it's one of these two, and I hope it's Napier because I think he's a better fit for our recruiting and he will maintain a physicality in the trenches. Norvell is more finesse and his defenses give up way too many points.
Unless it's a wild card like Art Briles, which I hope to hell its not....I think it's either Norvell or Napier. So I'm going with Napier, and I hope I'm right.
I'm just happy as hell it ain't Joe Moorhead. Now I can enjoy the Egg Bowl either way, hopefully we pull the double whammy and beat their ass as Joe's leaves town. HailState and Go To Hell Ole Miss
Here's the problem with that. Anyone looking at us for 2 years realizes we need to do something different. Bring in new assistants or change the HC.
