I think there is no doubt Ginn has arm fatigue. Getting pretty good results so far though in this game.

Yeah, that's scary. He was hitting 94 consistently early in the year.

Ginn doesn't have to throw 95 with his movement. Just has to locate and keep it down

Its not a shoulder. Its elbow/arm. Pitching for the national team his SR year of HS is hurting him now IMO
