We arguing about the NFL in a transfer portal thread?
Let's get back on track. We need some good news to finish up this first part of the portal scene. Fluff, Whitson, Moten would get me excited. We've built up enough depth in most places, we need some heavy hitters. Then finish up strong next round with WR and a couple guys and let's roll and see how it goes.
Fluff, whitson and Moton would be 3 true starters unlike most of our adds. We need them.Quote:

I feel EXTREMELY GOOD on Whitson. I feel really good on Moten and Fluff. The visit to OM worries me on Fluff, just because they close well in the portal. But I know he wants an opportunity to start, and he won't have that at OM. They just have far too many backs and are going to bring in more in the portal.Quote:

Why is whitson so high on the board? Did he have great stats at coastal?
Feel best about Whitson, worst probably about Moten but Moten has a starting spot and a great offer from us so that's all we can do. Fluff the same but down to a couple teams. Get them here!
Moten with an E needs to be priority. Probably would have to over pay there and that’s a huge need for us.

Your mid tier SEC programs (OM, us, USCe, Arky, etc) will still use it if the prospect is really good, i.e. Tony Mitchell or Zavion Hardy. We had to use it this year so much to build up depth. Tony Mitchell looks to be the real deal. Worried about most of these guys. Still disappointed on Lebby's commits on signing day regarding the DL JC signees that "now we have some big guys to practice against on the Scout Team". One recent Spring Game I counted about 20 WR/Slot players on the program that day. "D" has been especially neglected in several past recruiting cycles.
