He wants to coach OM in the playoffs but he also wants to coach in Baton Rouge next year. I really think regardless of what happens, Lane has irreparably harmed his reputation. Ole Miss mods reported that OM coaches were supposed to be on the road recruiting today and were told to stay. Apparently they are also practicing today and the players are none too happy.
This is getting absolutely incredible. This will end up being messier than leaving Tennessee for USC BY A MILE. OM fans are fed up. I think at this point, public perception in and around that program has shifted on Lane. I think they're all done with him.
