I told you, I don't care about the NFL, at all. I judge college quarterbacks on wins. It's kind of like US Grant as a general. He wasn't as skilled as Lee in tactics in war, but he knew what he had to do to win, and did it. When he moved up to the next level, he didn't fare so well. But in the Civil War, he was a winner.
As Mullen said on Gameday today. The most important ingredient in a good QB is how fast they process information between the ears. And that's impossible to judge in HS. And it has to be processed faster in pros than college. And then they also have to be able to handle the pressure too
Agree. It's terribly hard & #1 reason why all those Elite 11 camps are complete BS that don't actually help anyone rank the QBs
Again, every other sports recruits get ranked based on their pro prospect status.
PG rankings & Basketball stars are awarded based on the rankers guessing their prospect status. Why is football different? Just because it's hard?
