OM must of borrowed one of our boys for the bases loaded situation

No offense to the ladies' teams but its ridiculously sad that we essentially have to take consolation in our women's basketball and women's softball teams because of the putrid play of our men's basketball and baseball teams.
Leave it to the gals to add some blue sky.
I'm worried about our baseball program. I don't know what we can do to avoid severe embarrassment down the stretch. I see good teams breaking records against us.
I agree with this as well. Preston is an above average college pitcher, and though tonight was his first really bad outing, he is not someone I would characterize as an SEC Friday night shut down guy. Problem is though I'm not sure that kind of guy I on our staff. However I think Sexton and Tatum at least probably have more potential to be that guy than Brown.
I agree with all of this. I'd like to see Laster pitch more on the weekends in some role now that Ross and Fitts have apparently forgotten how to pitch.
I think Sexton and Tatum are better right now. Both are starting to come into their own. Hudson has the most talent on the staff- but apparently he has Evan Mitchell disease I guess. I hope he has Chris Stratton disease though. Other than the double and hitting a guy, he wasn't too bad tonight. McCord has SEC weekend talent, but he's just a freshman right now and isn't ready yet.
Mintz looks like he could be serviceable for at least a couple of innings, and I thought Waddell did OK until he got tired at the end.
IMO the best pitcher right now is Sexton, but Laster is the second best at this moment.
We just aren't good. You can't win when you can't hit. Bottom line. Cohen is hell bent on a bunch of singles hitters. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, big I think we are the only team in the league without a hitting coach.
Back in '13, did we have Adidas bats or Easton bats?
