Piss poor coaching. Turned what should have been a momentum propelling win into shaking confidence for all our pitches. Pull KC at 11-4 and throw anyone else in. Now Nixon is shook and doesn't need to play tomorrow and KC doesn't feel near as good about his performance.
KC Hint and Stinnett - these dudes should have been replaced with decent SoCon guys last year.

I posted this before the bottom of ninth inning and score 11-3. Won?t ever do that again. I would probably be a life ban form ED for jinxing the team to a loss.
It's two fold. We have way too many guys on staff who are not SEC pitchers so that leaves us with about 6-7 usable pitchers in a given weekend. Which is fine if your starter regularly works into the 7th or 8th but ours don't. I mean realistically outside of Cade, Gartman, Lo, Nixon, Dohm, and KC who do you feel comfortable bringing. Tapper and Yntema don't completely implode every time so I guess you could throw them in there. Loftin can't find the zone with a map at the moment so unfortunately he's unusable. I mean it comes down to crappy scouting and no development.Quote:
