Nice guys do not win big. Find me one that has won consistently at a high level. You will struggle to do so. May not be impossible but you will struggle to do it. And here is the thing, Lemonis is an extreme asshole. But he needs do find it again. I want him to go IB on their ass. Kick every kid out of the stadium, put them on the dugout steps and dog cuss them.

Also, winning should be the only thing that matters. Who gives a crap if the coach if the coach is nice.

Bianco has been doing it for 20+ years, been a national seed 5 or 6 times, has now won a CWS, and yes he is a gigantic asshole. Him and Cohen are very alike.

You seem to equate nice with weak. Don't mistake kindness for weakness.

Correct. Because in college sports it is. You have assts to be nice and be their friend. The HC can't be the one to do that. It's a respect thing. Cohen's assts (Butch, Nick, Lane, Mike Brown) all were extremely nice guys. Cohen was a dick. Polk was not friends with any of the players. He had Mcmahon, Shoop, Raffo, Schoenrock, and McNickle for that. All those guys, outside of Pat, were extremely nice.
