Our problem is...our government is incompetent AND corrupt. But dude, yes safety is the main reason for auto regulations. Yes, there are speed trap towns and such that do it for money. Corruption exists everywhere. But it is not the sole reason for all things.

I don't trust the government. I trust scientists...to a point. I am well aware of many of their own biases, some on this very topic. Some scientists are corrupt too. But don't throw the baby out with the bath water, and better yet don't call us stupid for pointing out that you've failed to support your position other than calling for throwing out the baby with the bathwater.

What more could he have done? Gone door to door and forced it on everyone? Imagine what kind of civil revolt that would have caused.

Biden gave everyone access to the vaccine, free and easy. (And to be fair, any other president likely would have done that too, including Trump.) Sadly, 300,000 Americans decided not to take the vaccine, got COVID and died. It's not like they wanted it and were unable to get it, they just made the choice not to get it.

Almost every single American who's died from COVID since March has been an unvaccinated person who had the chance to get the vaccine but chose not to.

But honestly you should sit this one out from here on. You had no clue that they changed the definition of vaccine because this new vaccine was not working as intended. How about not laugh at the idea of sending the people free masks and tests? Or not waiting an entire year to implement a mandate? Or ignoring natural immunity of the previously infected?
