Agree. Just saying that guys don't normally barrel up Small even when they know the pitch. I think he guess the location as well. It felt fluky

Somebody said in another thread today that the bats havent been good away from home. We are staring it right in the face again. I hate to worry in the 3rd inning but this looks a lot like Hoover

Bats have really not been that good for a while. Been forever since our offense has scored double digit runs. Every game has been 5-7 runs. We did get the 8 runs against Stanford off the late 3 run Mac homer but even games where we get 15+ hits we aren't getting a ton of runs.
