Umps screwed us tonight. The guy at first was safe. The first baseman was never on the bag. Then Mangum did tip the ball and ump screwed him. 6-4 LSU top of the sixth.

What I don’t understand is if the first baseman is trying to find the bag it’s 100 percent chance he wasn’t on the bag when he received the ball.
I disagree, I thought the 1B had his foot on the bag when he caught it, then moved it, then moved it back. Bottom line, if that's what we required to win, we didn't deserve it. Still time left, but our bullpen won't hold them to 6
Yeah, a 5’11” first baseman isn’t the best when we have a 6’3” first baseman who is a better defender in Hatcher. Just switch them and you would be good.Quote:
