We don't get kids ready to play. Period. That's why jucos don't work for Mullen and Hev. We've done ok with DBs out of Juco and some RBs historically. Other staffs have done great with them on the OL and DL.Quote:

I understand developing a QB, a WR, a Center, MLB, etc... but there are a lot of positions that you should be able to play kids pretty quickly. We don't.
