wonder if downs did something because this is a weird pinch hit.

Maybe it works out but I don't understand pinch hitting Stevens for Downs here. Wouldn't you want the right handed hitter to face the southpaw?

that ball 1 felt like a pitch that was a strike on stallman earlier in the game. camera angles be damned.

I'm sure it has to do with splits. But Lemonis makes those calls without enough sample size in a lot of cases. Very strange.

Simply "making the Tournament" has never been good enough at Mississippi State and never will be.

You're not wrong. It's extremely unusual to pinch hit a lefty for righty against a LH pitcher. Unusual is a nice way of saying dumb as sh!t.

Which closer blinks first? Williams can be nasty but UT lit him up last weekend.......No doubt we need this one bad..........
