Does that say 11% from 3 point.
I think Jans is going to have a hard time getting good players to come. He doesnt recruit well and guys just seem to not want to play for him. Money talks though so we will see
2 games vs elite competition...
Vs Houston: 10 pts (4/5 shooting), 12 reb, 3 blks
Vs Michigan: 5 pts (2/3), 6 reb
Seems to a garbage man type of player that can get boards. If he can defend, he might could help
We may not get anyone for money reasons. Check this out...

Macura to UCLA
People leave here and suddenly get better. Go figure.
Maybe, they got flip jovic at the same position, who is better. They also signed a top 75 freshman at the same position. They played 4 guards this season, and it looks like they can't get away from it fast enough. My guess is macura is gets about the same amount action he got here
Auburn had a good run while Pearl was there but they will be back fighting to get to the mid level SEC now. That is usually what happens when schools not known for a sport have a good run when they get lucky and find a diamond in the rough coach or back into a situation like Auburn and ole Miss did with Pearl and beard. It doesn’t last unless they luck out a make a great hire. The same thing will happen to Indiana football if a blue blood pulls Cignetti away
Murphy also quit on the team and didnt play in the NIT. He literally just didnt show up and it shocked everyone. Auburn went on to win the NIT this season without him and a player called him out after they won.
Jans just picked up Kennesaw State transfer RJ Johnson. Solid numbers 14 ppg 3 rpg 4 assist. Shot 42% from 3.. 6'4" gaurd.
Not sure how well that translates to the SEC though. I dont know alot about him but its just hard to get overly excited about solid mid major players coming to the SEC.
Scored 15 vs Gonzaga in NCAAT, and he had 16 vs bama
We've supposedly reached out to Ruffin of Jackson st. He seems like probably a lesser version of Josh Hubbard. Not sure we need another little guard
Shelstad (Oregon guard) and Bidunga (Kansas forward) to Louisville. What makes it noteworthy is supposed this pair cost Louisville 9 million
Is Josh Hubbard on board for next season?
On X, I've saw we've reached out to these guys...
Luke mceldon of mt st Mary's - https://www.espn.com/mens-college-ba...2/luke-mceldon
Kennard Davis of byu -

Korey cotton of UTRGV...

John Shelley of Loyola Marymount...

Anyone know some more or how we look with these guys?
All i know is they have been contacted but nothing further.
That would suck considering we got off to such a good start
John Shelley can hoop. Needs to keep working on his perimeter game but looks to be a baller.
I like the guy we got to.
I assume the guy from Drexel is Shane blakeney ( https://www.espn.com/mens-college-ba...shane-blakeney ). I don't pretend to know how these guys translate to the sec, but he did have good numbers this season
Well, first how do these guys translate to “The Dentist” (worst nickname in the world). I’ll be honest with you guys. I’m about as excited about basketball as some of you are with football. At least Lebby is getting players from legit big boy D1 programs. “The Dentist” is a bottom feeder, and he does suck as a coach!
We know you don't like Jans; you literally say it in every MBK thread. To act like Lebby is a better coach than Jans is something. Maybe you can point out some ways in which he's better. Jans just had his first losing season ever, and he's coached at 7 spots (16 seasons). Lebby has doubled jans' losing seasons in his only 2 seasons as a HC. Maybe this year he will get his first winning season
