Well Colorado is a terrible team. He basically told them shit is going to change and if they are hitting the portal, gTFO. He will make the weak quit and build it back.
He's also gotten Sean Lewis to be his OC. That's huge..... he's got his X's and O's offensive guy. He's not messing around getting this team together.
